Dana Carnes is President of BSI Temporary Services. As President, Ms. Carnes manages all operational functions at BSI Temporary Services, including monitoring financial performance, overseeing tax and payroll, driving new business, developing annual sales forecasts, recruiting and marketing. She has led the Company’s growth over the past 20 years, tackling its core markets such as construction, maintenance and manufacturing staffing and expanded into new niche markets, including wineries and staffing green-tech positions.

Ms. Carnes has been a leader in her field, serving on industry panels and on several boards including Associated Builders and Contractors for four years. In addition, Ms. Carnes maintains her General Contractors (B) license, which lends to her expertise in several business areas BSI Temporary Services provides employment solutions for. Her professional affiliations include American Staffing Association (ASA), National Human Resources Association (NCHRA), California Staffing Association (CSA) and ASTRA Women’s Alliance.

Prior to founding BSI Temporary Services, Ms. Carnes served as President of another staffing firm, gaining experience in the field. She attended Cerro Coso College, majoring in Business Administration.
