BSI Temporary Services was founded to provide customers with high quality skilled trades staffing solutions. We focus our energies and expertise on providing “best in class” staffing solutions for a range of industries including maintenance, construction and manufacturing and have become a leader throughout Northern California. We provide staff for a variety of positions including help desk clerical support, maintenance managers and project managers, facility technicians, groundskeepers and janitorial staff.
BSI Temporary Services is committed to building long-term relationships with our clients and to a quick turnaround on placements. Our team is your partner from start to finish, providing tailor fit solutions from screening resumes, scheduling interviews, dispatching workers and following up on all placements. Client satisfaction is our number one goal.
We understand the importance of knowing our clients, their business, their goals and their staffing needs. We visit each client's job site prior to an initial placement to evaluate the work site, and get a first hand look at the environment our workers will need to adapt to. This enables us to make the best match between client and candidate, so both are satisfied with the assignment and has led to less than 1% turnover during the length of an assignment and a 99.5% satisfaction rating.
