Supplemental Staffing:This is a great option for special projects, long or short-term assignments, vacation fill-in, maternity and sick leave. All candidates we provide have completed BSI’s screening process which includes: interview by a skilled and experienced BSI recruiter, complete employment history verification, criminal and driving background checks, safety orientation and drug test.
This option allows you to try a candidate out for a specific period of time (generally 90 days) to allow potential employers to evaluate their skill set, work ethic and customer service skills prior to offering a full time position with your company. We charge below market fees when our clients elect to convert our employees to their staff and after 90 days there is no fee.
